*All buyback and exchange requests are subject to jewellery inspection and verification. The final buyback or exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing market gold rate, verified gold purity, and the applicable Monarque Buyback & Exchange Policy. Any applicable pickup, shipping, and delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.*
*When sending your jewellery to Monarque, please ensure it is securely packed in its original Monarque packaging and placed inside a well-sealed shipping carton to protect it during transit. Before handing the parcel over to the courier, you must record one clear, continuous video showing the jewellery, all accompanying certificates, tags, and accessories (if applicable), the complete packing process, and the sealed parcel. This video serves as proof of packing and may be required in the event of any transit-related loss, damage, or dispute. Failure to provide a valid packing video may affect the resolution of such claims.*

Important Conditions
• Original purchase invoice must be presented.
• Jewellery must undergo inspection and authenticity verification.
• Buyback and exchange values apply only to the gold content of the jewellery.
• Stones, cubic zirconia (CZ), embellishments, making charges, taxes, shipping charges, packaging charges, and certification charges are not included in the buyback or exchange value.
• Jewellery that has been altered, modified, resized by a third party, or damaged beyond normal wear may be subject to additional evaluation.
Gold Rate Calculation
The prevailing market rate applicable on the date of inspection and approval shall be used to calculate the buyback or exchange value.
